Unbroken Will is the story of Leopold Engleitner, an Austrian Jehovah’s Witness who received the choice of enlisting in the Nazi army or going to a concentration camp during World War II. To choose enlistment would require turning his back on his faith, so, along with many other Austrian Jehovah's Witnesses, Engleitner chose the concentration camp.
After surviving the war and three concentration camps, Engleitner returned to the camps to provide viewers with an in-depth account of his life and what occurred in the camps. The film also includes original material shot before 1945 that offers a deeper look into the challenges faced by people held in the concentration camps.
